Raphei model high school, Namrei primary school in Manipur's Ukhrul marred by poor teaching staff

Namrei primary school has been reduced to just four teaching staff even though it had classes up to fifth standard. The school building is also in pitiable condition, acting headman of Namrei village Stephen Ronra Shimray said.
