WMC appeals to regulate air ticket prices

The World Meetei Council (WMC) has submitted a memorandum to minister of civil aviation Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu urging urgent intervention to regulate and reduce air ticket prices for flights connecting Imphal with Dimapur, Guwahati, and Silchar, stated a release.

Kuki militants killed in Jiribam came from Churachandpur

Manipur Police stated that four persons killed in retaliation after the killing of a senior citizen in Jiribam on Saturday were identified, of which three turned out to be Kuki militants who had traveled from Churachandpur district.
