A 25 year old man, a non-local, who was an alleged drug abuser, was found dead at Nagamapal Kangjabi Leirak under Imphal police station in Imphal West around 5.20 pm on Saturday.
According to sources, the man was identified as Raushan Mistri, 25, son of Shahadin Mistri from Mohanpur Ramchandrapur, Lakhisarai in Bihar. He was found dead inside his rented room at Nagamapal Kangjabi Leirak, it mentioned.

Police informed that Raushan was previously admitted to a Rehab Centre. The Imphal police had filed a case regarding the incident and the body was received by the family after post mortem was conducted at RIMS mortuary, it added.
