DSA Chandel lauds Joysing Monsang for clearing CAT-1 Fitness Test

Th Joysing Monsang is the only Referee from Chandel District who has achieved the highest refereeing status of CAT-1 of the AIFF, DSA Chandel president TS Chamna Anal said in a statement.
