Security forces on Monday rescued a Meitei at around 3.20 pm from IT Road Ima Keithel area in Kangpokpi district, according to a police control room release.

The individual was handed over to police who in turn handed over to the relief camp at Khuman Lampak.
Meanwhile, during a search operations conducted Thursday, security forces recovered 6 arms, 19 ammunition and three local made Pumpi gun from Kangpokpi district.
