Manipur Governor tells CM to control Jiribam situation

Manipur Governor Anysuiya Uikey met with Chief Minister N Biren Singh at the Manipur Bhawan in New Delhi on Saturday and took stock of the prevailing situation in Jiribam district.

During the meeting, the Governor asked the Chief Minister to take all possible steps to control the ongoing situation there.

She also stressed the need to provide necessary items, including essential commodities, for the flood affected victims who are seeking refuge at relief camps in Imphal.
