Manipur BJP president A Sharda Devi said that as a part of the eight-year completion of Narendra Modi government, workers of state BJP will interact with the public in a door-to-door visit for 15 consecutive days.
The state BJP president was speaking to media persons at its state party office located at Nityaipat Chuthek, Imphal on Thursday.
She said the interaction was organised to help needy persons under ‘Garib Kalyan Parv’. The interaction was already launched on Wednesday and will be continuing for the next 15 days.
During the period, responsible workers will give a total of 75 hours while interacting with the public, said Sharda.
Each worker will conduct a survey from the public concerning the delivery of the benefits of centrally sponsored schemes and find out how much benefits they are getting, she added.
The interaction will be conducted based on integral humanism by involving in field works instead of paper or table work, she added.
