Imphal West District Police have arrested 15 persons in connection with the robbing of some items from NIT institution, Langol and some materials from Kuki houses at Langol areas for the last two days.
The arrested persons are Wangkhem Tomba, 45, son of (L) W Hira of Kharasom Awang Leikai, Imphal East, Thokchom Sanjoy Singh, 39, son of Th Eto Singh of Gwaltabi Maning leikai, Sagolsem Naresh Singh, 35, son of S Radhamohan singh of Khundrakpam Awang leikai, Khaidem Nanao Singh, 36, son of kh Nabakeshor singh of Oksu Maning leikai, Achoibam Jiban Singh, 49, son of (L) A Ngangba of Nongpok Sanjembam Sangsabi , Moirangthem Gopeshor, 33, son of M Suranjoy singh of Tentha Khangbam Mayai leikai and Khangembam Naoba Singh, 27, son of kh Joy Singh of Samaram Maning leikai.
The remaining arrested persons are Khangabam Amarjeet Singh, 23, son of kh Joy of Samaram Maning leikai, Usham Yaima, 47, son of U Pukhao Singh Ahallup, Naorem Chingkhei Meitei, 40, son of N Amusana Meitei of Pukhao Ahallup,Makha leikai, Sarungbam Sanathoi, 38, son of S Brajamani of Pukhao Ahallup, Moirangthem Amarjit Singh,32, son of M Hemo Singh of Pukhrambam Pukhao Ahallup, Thokchom Shyam, 43, son of Th Tollapishak of Pukhao Naharup, Tourangbam Bumeshor, 45, son of T Tombisana of Pukhao Khabam, and Sagolsem Romen, 38, son of Lukhoi Meitei of Pukhao Ahallup.
They are arrested in connection with FIR no 360(5)2024 LPL-PS u/s 454/379/120-B IPC & 3 PDPP.
