As per SDO Moreh Md Ejash, 60 per cent polling had been completed at the time of filing this report.

Due to power outages, the polling is reportedly being held without any internet service in Moreh. The blackout resulted due to a heavy storm which hit the state on Wednesday. Power was briefly restored on Thursday evening and Friday morning. The electoral process became challenging with the outage.
