Five police personnel have been shortlisted to receive the ‘Chief Minister’s Trophy for Community Service’ and ‘Chief Minister’s Trophy for Anti-Drug Campaign’ on the occasion of Independence Day 2023.

Five police personnel have been shortlisted to receive the ‘Chief Minister’s Trophy for Community Service’ and ‘Chief Minister’s Trophy for Anti-Drug Campaign’ on the occasion of Independence Day 2023, informed the State Home Department on Monday.

Joint Secretary (Home) Mayengbam Veto Singh, in a recommendation to the DGP, listed Additional SP (L&O) Chandel, Shankerjit Singh Loitongbam and ASI Imphal West Athokpam Tej Singh for the ‘Chief Minister’s Trophy for Community Service’.

It also said that SP Kakching Thokchom Vikramjit Singh; OC/CDO Unit Thoubal, Konsam Nitarajan Singh and havildar of 2nd MR, Irengbam Dorendro Meetei were recommended for the ‘Chief Minister’s Trophy for Anti-Drug’.
