Manipur's COVID-19 active cases dip to 10

Manipur reported one new COVID-19 case over the last 24 hours, taking the cumulative number of positive cases in the state to 1,39,913.

According to a release by COVID-19 Common Control Room on Wednesday, one male from Kakching district tested COVID-19 positive in the last 24 hours. However, no deaths due to COVID-19 were reported during the same duration from any part of the state, thus confinding the cumulative number of COVID-19 deaths at 2149.

Meanwhile, two persons were discharged on Wednesday thus taking the number of active COVID-19 cases to 10.

Moreover, 289 individuals were administered doses of COVID-19 vaccine on November 22, taking the cumulative doses of COVID-19 vaccine to 32,62,384. Out of it, the first dose is 16,48,291, second dose is 13,36,074 and precaution dose is 2,78,019.

India's COVID-19 caseload reached 4,46,70,075 with 360 new cases added to it, while the total number of recoveries reached 4,41,33,433 and the death toll climbed to 5,30,596.  And, the total number of active cases in the country recorded on Wednesday was 6,046.
