Kuo Shu instructor Jugeshwor Kshetrimayum has been appointed as an executive committee member of the World Kuo Shu Federation (TWKSF).
A release signed by general secretary, The World Kuo Shu Federation (TWKSF) Morgan Newman mentioned that Jugeshwor was appointed as executive member for the year 2020 to 2024 under the supervision of chairman Grandmaster Huang Chien and president Grandmaster Martin Steve.
Among the 40 countries, 28 members are appointed for the executive members of the federation, it stated. Among the 28 members, chairman of India Kuo Shu Federation, Jugeshwor was appointed executive member of the World Kuo Shu federation, it added.
President of Manipur Kuo Shu Association, Yanglem Mani expressed that a meeting for the world Kuo Shu is scheduled on October 18 but the meeting is to be conducted through video conferencing due to the prevailing pandemic.
He extended his gratitude to the world federation for allowing him to attend the video conferencing which is to be conducted through ‘Zoom’ application, it stated.
