LCCC Chajing claimed a 6 wickets win over YPHU Lalambung in the 9th T-20 Manipur Veteran Cricket Tournament 2022 played at Oriental College and Model Higher Secondary School Ground, Imphal West.

YPHU batsmen were sent into bat first where they managed to put up 100 runs for 10 wickets from 19.3 overs with Dhaneshwor hitting 32 runs from 29 balls. Dularva got 18 runs and Laingam contributed 15 runs.

LCCC bowler Jilangamba claimed 3 wickets while Krishnakumar, Rakesh took two wickets and Akbar, Sanjit, Ashok Kumar fetched one wicket each.

Chasing the target, the LCCC batsman had an easy drive reaching the target in 15.5 overs for 4 wickets. Rakesh topscored with 24 runs while Krishnakumar got 21 runs and Tarun made 20 runs. Sanjit remained unbeaten with 13 runs. Later, Jilangamba was declared the Man of the Match for 3 wickets haul.
