United Pukhao Sports Association posted a 5-1 goals win over Pehlum Lamhil Lawm in the Khelo India State League for U-17 Girls 2022-23, which got underway at Artificial Turf, Lamlong Thongkhong.
Making their appearance in the league, Pehlum Lamhil suprised United Pukhao team when Lhingdeikim scored the opening goal in seven minute of play. But United Pukhao were quick to reply with N Sibani Devi getting the equaliser in 9 minute and boosting the lead with another goal in 11 minute.
There was no looking back for the United Pukhao team as N.Henarita Devi consolidated the lead with two more goals in 24 minute and 39 minute and later Lhingminnei Vaiphei came up with the fifth goal in 56 minute for the victory.
The 15th MSL: KLASA Keinou put up a 3-2 goals victory against United Khawzim Brothers in the 15th Manipur State League 2022 played at Artificial Turf, Lamlong Thongkhong.
In another match, NESU Porompat and The Athletics Football Club settled for a goalless draw to share a point each.
