The National Rifle Association of India has selected/nominated two athletes from Manipur to represent India Shooting Team in the upcoming Meyton Cup Tirol 2024.

Manipur Rifle Association, in a statement on Wednesday said Manipuri shooters Kongbrailatpam Asish Sharma and Rohan Thangjam will compete in the Cup scheduled to be held from January 19 to 23, 2024 at Innsbruck, Austria and Intershot 2024- Edition 45 at Hague, the Netherlands which will take place from January 31 to February 3, 2024.

Both Asish and Rohan will compete in the 10M Air Rifle event, it mentioned.
