The Kuki Football Academy (KFA) entered the quarterfinal of the ongoing Thadou Trophy at Saparmeina public ground following a 4-1 win over United Saparmeina Youth Club on Tuesday.

A two owned-goal by Limminthang (61st), and Ngamkhogin (65th), after Seineo's goal in the 33rd minute and before Songpu's 80th-minute strike gave the Kuki Football Academy an easy win over the Saparmeina side while the solitary goal of USYC was scored by Seikhochon in the 12th minute.

In the second match, Leikot Area Youth Organization (LAYO) defeated Saikotjang Youth Club via sudden death kick after a goalless and a penalty-kicked draw.

Similarly, HMLT K Gamnomphai edged past Minaopa FC via tie break after a 2-2 draw during the normal time.

Seidoulen (1st), and Joseph (13th) scored of the Gamnomphai side while Lengousem (26th), and Seijoseph (69th) scored for Minaopa FC during the normal time. On Wednesday, The Legends will play K Gamnomphai Youth Club in the first match and TSA Sadar Hills will take on the Dynamo Athletic Club B team in the second match.
