Shadow Thangmeiband proved their worth beating PTRC Patsoi by 7 wickets in the 4th MNCA U-16 Boys Naorem Rajningthou Memorial Trophy 2023-24.

Shadow Thangmeiband proved their worth beating PTRC Patsoi by 7 wickets in the 4th MNCA U-16 Boys Naorem Rajningthou Memorial Trophy 2023-24 played at Lairenjam Public Ground.

Shadow bowler James proved lethal as he rattled the wickets claiming 5 batsmen to restrict PTRC batsman to 74 runs for 10 wickets from 20.1 overs; PTRC batsman James top scored with 18 runs.

Chasing the target, Shadow reached the target easily, riding on S. Lanchenba who remained unbeaten 37 runs to clear the hurdles in 18.3 overs, losing 3 wickets. Shadow bowler James was declared the Man of the Match for his 5-wicket haul.

In the other match, PTCC Patsoi brought up a 5-wicket win over Model Singjamei played at Model Hr. Secondary School & Oriental College Ground.

Model Club made 93 runs for 10 wickets from 19.3 overs while in reply, PTCC surpassed the target in 20.4 overs at the expense of 4 wickets. Ch. Nikhil of PTCC won the Man of the Match for his 41 runs and 3 wickets haul.

SCCC Singjamei pulled off a 66 runs win against Rule Meitram at Dhobi Lampak, Kongba Khunou. SCCC made 91 runs for 10 wickets from 20.3 overs.

In reply, Rule Meitram could manage just 25 runs for 10 wickets from 35 overs. SCCC player Taibanganba got the Man of the Match.

PCC Mayaikoibi beat Al-Ameen Lilong by 33 runs at Public Ground, Khangabok.

PCC openers Pravinkumar contributed 44 runs while Lucky Thokchom produced a well-made 65 runs to pile up 183 runs for 8 wickets from 35 overs. Al-Ameen bowler Umar and Rahul claimed 3 wickets each.

Al-Ameen in their reply could manage 150 runs for 10 wickets from 30 overs. Amir Malik top scored 79 runs from 90 balls. PCC bowler Pravin Kumar was adjudged Man of the Match for his 3 wickets and 44 runs.
