The All Manipur Football Association distributed team uniforms to the Senior Women team who will represent Manipur in the Senior Women National Football Championship 2021 to be held at Kerala from November 28 to December 9, 2021.

The twenty strong team members along with four support staff will leave Imphal on November 24 enroute to Kerala. Padmashree O.Bembem Devi is the team Coach while L.Ronibala Chanu is the Goalkeeping Coach, S.Roshni Devi as Team Physio and H.Thoi Devi as Manager.

AMFA President, M.Ratankumar Singh while encouraging the women players to strive hard to regain glory once again. He added that there is no substitute for hard work and appealed to give full commitment to stay on top.

Other AMFA officials also spoke during the uniform distribution at Artificial Turf, Lallong Bridge.

It can be mentioned that some of the top players of Manipur are currently on National duty touring Brazil for an exposure tour for the AFC Asian Women Championship. Ng Bala Devi will also be missed as she is engaged with the Rangers in Scotland.
