Sangai MMA, 2022 will be held at Khuman Lampak Indoor Stadium, Imphal, on Friday and Saturday.
Sangai MMA dignitaries like Kerrith Brown, president, IMMAF, Sharif M Bapu, president MMA India and its 17 officials landed in Imphal on November 23.
All 48 fighters who will fight for the title have also landed. There are eight international fighters, 12 professional fighters and 12 amateur fighters. Chairman of UFC Gym India and Director of UFC Gym India are also in Imphal for Sangai MMA.
The event will be graced by Chief Minister Biren Singh and other ministers.
Pooja Chopra, former Miss India and Bollywood actress also arrived in Imphal to witness the event.
The event is being organized as a part of Sangai Festival 2022 by Manipur Tourism in association with 7 Sisters Foundation and UFC Gym Imphal.
All weigh-ins of the fighters have been carried out at UFC Gym Imphal by the MMA India Officials. Imphal is going to witness MMA events on 25 and 26 to a magnitude of the international realm.
