Teams participating in the Men's football are Mizoram, Assam, Sikkim, Tripura, Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh and the match venue is at Main Stadium Khuman Lampak while in the Women's team are Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Nagaland, Sikkim, Mizoram and Tripura and will be played at SAI Takyel Ground.

The All Manipur Football Association in this connection has deputed twenty Referees, two Match Commissioners and two Referee Assessors for the meet.
