MKBA boxers lift overall champion title

Mary Kom Boxing Academy finished with 12 Gold, 6 Silver, 3 Bronze medals for 56 points while Nongada Boxing Academy boxers collected the runners up title with 8 Gold, 8 Silver, 3 Bronze medals for 40 points.

Mary Kom Boxing Academy (MKBA) claimed the overall team champion title of the Mega State Level Boxing Championship(M&W) 2022 organised by the United Boxing Academy, Thangmeiband under MABA at Boxing Ring Khuman Lampak.

Mary Kom Boxing Academy finished with 12 Gold, 6 Silver, 3 Bronze medals for 56 points while Nongada Boxing Academy boxers collected the runners up title with 8 Gold, 8 Silver, 3 Bronze medals for 40 points.

The Best Boxer in the female category was bagged by Ashalata H of Mary Kom Boxing Academy while Bidyapati Nongthombam, an individual competitor, was the Best Loser. Thoudam Merrina of UBA, Thangmeiband was adjudged as the Best Promising Boxer.

As for the Best Boxer in the male category was won by Kingson Pukhrambam of Mary Kom Boxing Academy while Ch Agu of Puhingkhun Boxing was the Best Loser and the Best Promising Boxer title was given to Yengkhom Loveson of Nongada Boxing Academy.
