Minister Th Biswajit will be Manipur Badminton Association president for the term 2022-2026

Forest and Environment Minister Th Biswajit Singh has been elected as the Manipur Badminton Association (MBA) president for the term 2022-2026 following the election of office bearers by members of executive committee.

In a notification issued by advocate M Nilachandra, returning officer, election of Manipur Badminton Association, he stated that GA Chittaranjan Sharma; IK Muivah; Henry Luny; P Ranakumar Singh and MH Moon have been elected as vice-presidents of MBA.

Hajarimayum Sanjeev Sharma was elected as secretary, Wahengbam Premkumar Singh as treasurer, Ashangbam Laiba Meitei and Moirangthem Sanatomba Singh as joint secretaries, Heikrujam Jugin Singh, BS Augustine, Yumnam Bale, Kh Ranjit Singh and T Dineshwar Singh as executive members.

“It is an honour to have been elected as President of the Badminton Association of Manipur, and I'm grateful to all the voters & stakeholders to have instilled their trust in me & my ability,” Biswajit tweeted.
