The All Manipur Football Association will be organising the Match Officials' Refresher Course under All India Football Federation from December 4-6, 2023 in Imphal.

Fifty referees have been listed for the course by All Manipur Football Association.

AMFA also deputed H Khamba Singh, S Jameskumar Singh, S Rameshwor Singh, L Nongdrekhomba Singh and Tharchung Chara as Match Commissioners while L Ajit Meitei, L Tarunkumar Singh and M Magho Singh as Referees Assessor of the course.
