Cyclone Thangmeiband posted a 10 wicket win against Oscar Paona Bazar in the 9th T-20 Manipur Veterans Cricket Tournament, 2022 played at Oriental College and Model Higher Secondary School Ground, Imphal West.

The Oscar batsman decided to bat first and had a hard time connecting the ball but managed to put up 117 runs for 6 wickets from 20 overs. Brojen top scored with 39 runs from 42 balls while Hokendro got 25 runs and Thomas made 14 runs.

Cyclone bowler Robindro bagged 3 wickets while Ph Rohindro, Romen and Sudhir picked up 1 wicket each.

Chasing the target, Cyclone batsman made in style with Lamnganba stroking up an unbeaten 51 runs while Ph Rohindro remained not out with 50 runs for the convincing win. Later, Ph Rohindro was adjudged the Man of the Match for his 50 runs knock and 1 wicket haul.
