Manipur Amateur Karate-Do Association (MAKA) stated that a Manipuri female Karate-Do judge has been selected by the Karate India Organisation to be on the referee panel of the ‘Champion of Champions’ as a technical official.

A release issued by MAKA stated that the Karate India Organisation has selected Renshi Soibam Bindeshori Chanu who is an Asian Karate-Do Federation qualified judge to be on the referee panel of the ‘Champion of Champions’ as a technical official.

It informed that the Bharat Karate Academy is hosting the ‘Champion of Champions’ under the aegis of Karate India Organisation at the Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi on January 14 and 15. ‘Champion of Champions’ is a Karate League approved by the Karate India Organisation for All India Ranking to be played on Round Robin basis under the rules and regulations of the World Karate Federation, it added.
