Opting to bat first, Manipur made 116 runs for 6 wickets with Niruta Devi top scoring with 28 runs while skipper Seterny Devi got 20 runs. L Prena and Teresa Devi hit an identical 13 runs to Manipur innings.

Mizoram bowler Sawmsangi claimed 2 wickets while Thelma and Hruaii fetched 1 wicket each.

Chasing the target, Mizoram fell short of target as their quota of overs ran out for 93 runs for 4 wickets. Thelma hit 44 runs while skipper Mami made 17 runs. Manipur bowler Th Mangalsana bagged 2 wickets while Niruka got 1 wicket.
