The All Manipur Polo Association has informed its affiliated units that CM's Sagol Kangjei Championship 2022 will be held during the Sangai Festival at Manung Kangjeibung, Kangla in Imphal West.

All Affiliated units of AMPA, who are willing to participate, are to submit their team details on or before October 7. Only one team will be considered from a club and player/rider under the age of 18 will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.

Two reserve players (that is 7+2) will be allowed in a team and all listed players, team coach and manager should submit an Aadhar Card along with two passport photographs, according to the AMPA release.
