KYVO find hard to contain the young bloods of Classic FA as the latter makes some swift runs in search of the opening goal, which was hard to come by until the moment arrived in the injury time of the first when Serto Wosneilen, hoodwinked KYVO keeper to push home the all important goal in 45 plus 2 minute in the first half.

Seeking the equaliser, KYVO FC left no stone unturned but was not fortunate enough to convert some of the chances in the match to deny their further stay in the tournament. In another match, SFC thrashed AIM by 7-2 goals to make it to the last 16 stages of the game as well.
The SFC team started their campaign with bang with Santosh opening the goal account in the 3 minute of play and before AIM could gauge what hit them, Th Chinglemba strucks the second goal in 6 minute, to dictate terms in the game.

But not to be taken lightly, AIM collected their wits and made their move and delivered the needed boost when Ch. Akash fetched their opening goal in 27 minute. However the danger from SFC lurks frequently and finally, Th. Chinglemba snakes through to blast home his team's third goal in 41 minute to gain the upper hand. Just before the first half whistle, Simson Th made scoring look easy when he netted home SFC's fourth goal in 45 plus 4 minute.
