Classic Football Academy, Chingmeirong cut short the winning run of Juvenile Club, Tera by 11-2 goals in the Col Ksh Arunkumar Memorial 3rd Inter Club Futsal Tournament 2023-24 played at Artificial Turf, Lamlong Thongkhong.
Except for a drawn game, Classic FA have enjoyed all win status in the league round while this is Juvenile Club first defeat from six matches.
Getting a shot in the arm, Juvenile Club conceded an own goal from Kh. Abishek in the 3rd minute of play and Classic FA took full advantage of the situation with Ganningam Malangmei firing in the second goal in the 4th minute to bring a rush in the game.
Juvenile Club replied positively when M. Nelson fetched the opening goal in the 7th minute but soon was overshadowed by Ganningam Malangmei’s second goal in the 12th minute. Adding more salt to its wound, Juvenile Club yet again conceded their second own goal from N Sushil in the 13th minute to provide 4-1 goals to Classic FA.
The second half proved even more better for Classic FA team with Ganningam Malangmei scoring three more goals while S. Robert, Chuingampou Kamei, N. Renedy and Y. Banty pushed home a goal each. The second goal for Juvenile Club was made by M. Biken in the second half.
In the other matches, Sang-Gai Football School, Angtha carried off a 9-3 goals victory over Naoton Football Academy while Regular Football Coaching Center, Keinou beat Balananda Football Academy by 8-2 goals.
