The All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) has informed its affiliated Units/Entities to seek permission from their respective District Associations beforehand in organising Blue Cubs Programme (Grassroots Programme) and Golden Baby League.

AMFA warned that only Grassroots Leaders, AIFF 'E' Licensees and AIFF 'D' Licensees should conduct the Blue Cub Programme.

Any individual found violating the strictures will face stern disciplinary actions, it said.
