AMFA introducing Triple Tier Bid System

AMFA invite bids from willing clubs or teams having their own stadium with training facilities for Tier 3.

The All India Football Association on Thursday announced that it is introducing a Triple Tier Bid System to increase the number of teams in the I-League.

In a release, AMFA stated that bids are invited from the willing clubs or teams having their own stadium with training facilities for Tier 3. Entries from any village under the control of Panchayats are also encouraged, it stated.

It further informed that cost of bid form is Rs 5 lakhs, bid amount is Rs 1 crore, and formalities of the bid should be completed latest by May 22.

It also notified that the details can be obtained from general secretary AMFA L Jyotirmoy Roy.

AMFA also notified that Manipur State Junior Boys Football Team will be participating in the Junior Boys National Football Championship for Dr. BC Roy Trophy 2022-23 organised by All India Football Federation.

The participating teams in the 32nd U-17 Boys Inter Club Football Tournament 2022-23 to submit five players each, who were born in between 2008 and 2009 on or before May 29, 2023 to the general secretary AMFA for preparation of state team, stated a release.
