Luching Lukram prevailed over Gobin Singh by 8-2 game in the Men's Open Single of the 3rd Manipur Clay Court Tennis Tournament 2022 played at IDTA Court, Lamphelpat.  

In the other matches, Suraj Singh beat Churchill by 8-3 game while Ribhaskar beat Atap by 8-6 game to progress into the next round.

As for the Men's 35 plus Double, the pair of Balkrishna and Suraj beat George and Biju by 8-2 game. The other winners in the category are Korou and Domson, Kene and Kumarjit, Aken and Ashok, Sanayaima and Pritam and Ribashkar and Rakesh.

The 45 plus Double saw Ranjit and his partner Babulu beating Vikram and Pradeep by 8-2 game and Kene and Kumarjit beat M Pradeep and A Prem by 8-3 game.
