NSCN (I-M) leader Muivah in 'serious condition', airlifted from Hebron to Dimapur

NSCN-IM leader Thuingaleng Muivah was on Friday rushed to Christian Institute of Health and Research (CIHSR) hospital in Dimapur.

National Socialist Council of Nagalim (I-M) general secretary Thuingaleng Muivah was on Friday airlifted from NSCN (I-M)'s designated camp at Hebron to a hospital in Dimapur, sources said.

Camp Hebron, the NSCN-IM administrative and military headquarters, is located around 35 kilometers away from Dimapur.

Muivah was reportedly in a serious condition and rushed to Christian Institute of Health and Research (CIHSR) hospital in Dimapur Friday after he landed at the city airport at 4:30 pm, the sources said.

Earlier, in July 2021, 87-year-old Th Muivah, who has been leading the Naga peace talks with the Centre since the declaration of ceasefire in 1997, was admitted to a hospital in Dimapur on account of health issues.
