The Tamei Zone of the Zeliangrong Union under Tamenglong Union (AMN) has been formed on August 20, 2023 with its executive members elected too.
The Zeliangrong Union (AMN) informed in a release, signed by its office secretary, Lungailin Kamei, that the union is “pleased to announce that the Zeliangrong Union, Tamei Zone under Tamenglong District, Manipur has formed on dated August 20, 2023 for the Unity and Solidarity of the Zeliangrong people living in three states”.
The Union also informed that Pamel Kawidinlubou was elected as chairman of the ZU, Tamei Zone, Husaungdinbou as vice-chairman, NK Masengwangbou as general secretary, Stephen as treasurer, Wilamphuibou and Phengambou as executive members and Akam as member.
Their designations and posts are with effect from August 26, 2023, the ZU (AMN) said.
