In a bid to address the prevailing issues in Manipur, Thawai Mirel (TM) has made a clarion call to all CSO leaders in the region to participate in a convention.
The association is set to host a convention on September 7 at the Iboyaima Shumang Leela Shanglen in Imphal, Manipur.
Speaking to the media at the Manipur Press Club in Imphal, P Ranibala, the media coordinator of Thawai Mirel Women Wing, emphasised the need for a united front among Manipur’s CSOs during these critical times.
She stressed that CSOs in the state have played pivotal roles in addressing various issues, and now, it is imperative to take a collective stand to resolve ongoing crises.
Ranibala stated, “Let’s take a collective stand in the proposed convention to resolve the ongoing crisis.”
