Director of Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal, Professor G Sunil Kumar Sharma on Monday launched Swachhta Pakhwada Campaign in RIMS and administered the ‘Swachhta Pakhwada’ pledge.
The activity was launched as a part of the nationwide Swachhta Pakhwada campaign, stated a release from RIMS.
RIMS Medical Superintendent professor N Sanjib Singh; deputy director (Administration), RIMS, RK Mecolt Singh and Nodal Officer, SAP 204-25/Kaya Kalp, RIMS, Professor, Y Govindaraj Singh were present in the event held in front of RIMS OPD Block, it stated.
Speaking at the event, G Sunil Kumar Sharma sought active participation from all in the cleanliness campaign, all the while urging to make the institute a better place, it said. The campaign will b be carried out till April 15, it mentioned.
Principal, College of Nursing, RIMS, head of departments, faculty members, nursing officials, staff, employees of CRED and Manipur Security Services, RIMS also took part in the event, it added.
