Manipur Textiles, Commerce & Industry Minister Nemcha Kipgen expressed that sports are one of the best forms of education for youths towards leading a discipline and drug free lives.

This was stated by the minister while gracing the closing ceremony of the 1st KSO-GHQ Championship Trophy, 2022 held on Thursday at 2nd MR Ground, Imphal.

The minister further stated that Manipur is popularly known as the sports powerhouse of India. She stressed the importance of education and sports in shaping the future of the youths.

Henglep AC MLA Letzamang Haokip and ICHAM advisor Rajendro also graced the event as president and guest of honour respectively.
