According to an order of the Deputy Commissioner, the Special Facilitation Centre (SFC) has been set up to cater to the needs of displaced persons who are unable to access government services in their respective districts where they normally reside or hail from owing to the conflict.

The order informed that in respect of the district, the Special Facilitation Centre (SFC) has been set up at the office room of Chanamthabam Monica Roy SDC/BO, DC Office, Bishnupur mobile no. 8415913996 along with the officers RK Sunil Singh DM/DIT, Bishnupur mobile no. 6009220924 and Sagolsem Motilal Singh Accountant, ZEO (BPR) attached to DC Office as PA to DC, Bishnupur mobile no. 9612122811.

Special Facilitation Centres (SFC) are also set up at the offices of the Sub Divisional Officers namely Soibam Yaiphabi, SDC (HQ), Nambol mobile no. 7630904427; Arambam Geetanjali, SDC (HQ), Bishnupur mobile no. 9886222415 and James Konsam SDC, (HQ), Moirang mobile no. 6009245628.
