The Global Manipur Federation Central Europe Chapter will conduct a solidarity peace prayer at the Hague, Netherlands on Saturday to end the ongoing conflict in Manipur and restore normalcy and peace in the state.

The peace prayer will be held in front of the Peace Palace, the Hague from 2 pm till 4 pm stated a release. It urged all the Manipuris and Indians living mainly in the Central Europe region to take part in the event held to extend solidarity to the affected victims and people of the state.

It said that the day will mark 116th day of violence since it erupted on May 3. The event will begin with a 2-minute silent prayer followed with the narratives of Manipur crisis and calls for peace, it mentioned. A rally will also be held from Peace Palace till Parliament House, Netherlands, it added.
