On the sidelines of the drive, secretary of Bar Association, Churachandpur Advocate Grace Simte lamented that since their own building is not safe as it is in a dilapidated condition, they are now temporally stationed at the corner of Mini secretariat, Tuibong. This has created various inconveniences as they have to move from one court to court for cases, she said and appealed to the government to provide one compact Complex.

Grace Simte said that they have a complex that can accommodate different courts from CJM and Session Court of the District but was certified 'unsafe' by the PWD stating that District and Session Court was set up in 2014 by renovating the buildings of National Highway Division (PWD) which too was in a dilapidated condition.
