Salai Apunba Nupi Lamjing Lup (SANULAL) on Tuesday provided emergency kits to the volunteers who are defending their villages from the Kuki militants, and commended the volunteers for their selfless initiatives.
A release issued by SANULAL publicity secretary W Kananbala stated that in continuation of SANALUP’s drive of distributing essential items to the victims of the crisis and those in need, the organisation distributed emergency kits to the volunteers who are defending their villages including Serou, Phayeng, Kharung Khunou and Kangchup Chingkhong, from the onslaughts of the Kuki militants.
SANULAL commended the volunteers for their selfless initiative along with the law enforcement agencies for the security of the people. “The unity and the territorial integrity of Manipur trumps a few heartbreaks,” it added.
