Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) Imphal on Monday notified that the Spirometry test will be conducted in the Department of Physiology, RIMS from 10 am to 1 pm on all working days with immediate effect.

The decision was taken during a meeting chaired by RIMS Medical Superintendent on June 7, stated a release.
The Spirometry test is chargeable at the rate of Rs 50 per test for OPD patients, but will be free for inpatients, it mentioned.

The order is issued with the approval of the RIMS Director, it added.
