Relief Committee JNIMS on Thursday thanked the public for their unwavering assistance and support to the initiatives taken by the committee for affected victims of the prevailing conflict.

The Committee, in a release, expressed immense gratitude to Imphal East District Deputy Commissioner, Khumanthem Diana for extending monetary assistance of Rs 50,000 and Manipur Sahitya Parishad for donating an amount of Rs 25,000 to the committee’s fund.

The Committee has been providing necessary assistance to those in need and mentioned that as many as 1,217 individuals who sustained injuries during the ongoing conflict have been treated by the committee till date. It further appealed to the public to donate financial assistance for treatment of the affected victims.
