Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL) on Friday notified all the consumers of Western-1 and JNV feeders from Yurembam substation that there will be a planned power shutdown on Saturday and Sunday from 9 am till 4 pm.

A release by MSPDCL stated that the consumers of Western-1 and JNV feeders from Yurembam substation will not get power supply on Saturday and Sunday from 9 am till 4 pm for utility shifting regarding ongoing road expansion at Sagoltongba Mamang.

The areas of the planned power shutdown include Yurembam, Awangkhunou, Konthoujam, Sagoltongba, Khumbong, Kamong, Awang Jiri, Kheithelmanbi and Kheithelmanbi Assam Rifles, it mentioned. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted, it added.
