Haobijam Devshree, who secured 138 rank in UPSC’s 2023 Indian Forest Services selection exam was warmly greeted by people of Phubala upon her arrival at Bir Tikendrajit International Airport on Wednesday.

Haobijam Devshree Devi is the daughter of Haobijam Birbal and Haobijam Ibetombi from Phubala.

Speaking to media on the sidelines, she stated that she worked hard to crack the exam and maintained that her parents and well wishers played pivotal roles in her success.
