Manipur Amateur Photo Club, in partnership with Directorate of Environment & Climate Change, Government of Manipur, will organise a Photo Contest cum Exhibition from June 5 to 9.
The event will be held as part of World Environment Day celebration held every year on June 5, the Club stated in a release on Wednesday.
Photographers willing to participate in the event may submit upto three photographs on this year’s theme ‘Land Restoration, Desertification and Drought Resilience’, it informed.
Size of photographs should be 18-inch x 12-inch, chemical colour print and framed in 3/4 inch black fibre frame, it stated.
It also mentioned that first, second and third prize winners will be awarded Rs 15,000, Rs 10,000 and Rs 7,000 respectively along with citations.
