Patriotic Writers Forum, Manipur (PAWF) on Thursday convened a meeting at the forum’s office in Keishamthong Hodam Leirak, during which the forum selected new office bearers for the tenure of three years.
PAWF patron Member S Manaoton administered oaths to the 11 newly elected office bearers during the event, stated a release. They were also feted with gifts on the occasion, it said.
Naoroibam Khamba Lawang was selected as the forum’s new president; P Biprachand as vice president; Rakesh Naorem as secretary; Yumnam Devajani as treasurer; Laimayum Pratap Singh as assistant secretary and Oinam Meira, AK Gyaneshori, Yaiskul Khwairakpam, Nabakumar Oina, Chungkham Ranbir and Sobita Mongjum were selected as executive members, it mentioned.
