Partha Mandal has been appointed as the officer-in-charge of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) Manipur Regional Office, Imphal.
He took over charge of the office with effect from May 6, stated a release on Tuesday. It said that Partha Mandal’s 25-year track record in the Agriculture and Rural Development sector speaks volumes about his commitment to the cause.
His expressed keenness for the state’s development and proactive approach, as evidenced by his meetings with chief secretary Vineet Joshi and other key stakeholders, bodes well for the state’s progress, it asserted.
The release maintained the emphasis on collaborative efforts to address common challenges and enhance financial inclusion reflects a holistic approach to development.
Mandal pledged to work closely with key stakeholders on policy implementation, capacity building and knowledge sharing, and assured commitment to creating an environment conducive to inclusive growth, it mentioned.
