Naga Peoples’ Front (NPF), Jiribam on Monday assured support to BJP candidate of Jiribam assembly constituency N Budhachandra in the ensuing 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly, in hopes of the BJP bringing peace and development in the district.
In a press meet held at the residence of NPF president Paosing Kamei at Bidyanagar, Jiribam, he expressed hope for a peaceful Jiribam with the BJP rule. With the hopes that the BJP will bring development in the various sectors of Jiribam including the road and transports, the NPF Jiribam extended support to the BJP candidate N Budhachandra in the ensuing state assembly election, he announced.
The event was attended by former NPF candidate of Jiribam district Mathew Kamei, NPF vice president Pu Lala Vaiphei, NPF members Pu Lalboi and Gina Hmar.
