As congratulations and appreciation continue for the newly inducted BJP Spokesperson, T Micheal Lamjathang Haokip, his near and beloved ones on Wednesday called on the dynamic young leader to congratulate and pray for his bright and successful endeavour in his new journey as the BJP Manipur spokesperson.
T Michael Lamjathang Haokip was among the newly inducted seven spokespersons in the recently reconstituted BJP Manipur spokesperson team.
The state BJP had recently revamped its spokesperson team by downsizing its spokespersons from 16 to seven. The new team of spokespersons came after the formation of the BJP-led Government in the state on March 10, 2022, with N. Biren Singh as the Chief Minister. Earlier, the party had a team of sixteen spokespersons in the state.
The new team of BJP Manipur Pradesh Spokespersons includes senior party worker L. Bashanta Sharma, former UCM President and ex-BJP candidate from Keishamthong AC Johnson Elangbam, former BJP candidate from Thanga AC, and present LDA Chairman, M. Asnikumar Singh, former Dy. Speaker and former MLA from Chingai AC, MK. Pre show Shimray, former Principal of TG. Higher Secondary School and former BJP Manipur Mahila Morcha President RK. Pramodini Devi, former Congress Media Penalist M. Sureshkumar Singh and former BJP ticket contender from Henglep AC, who is a famous youth and student leader from the Thadou community, T. Micheal Lamjathang Haokip.
Among all the new BJP spokespersons, T Micheal Lamjathang Haokip is the only fresh and new entrant in politics. Though without any political experience, the party had inducted him as its spokesperson considering his vast experience in the socio-economic development of the society at a very tender age.
